Bell Austin Southwest apartments was a construction staking project for an eleven (11) residential building apartment complex encompassing 19.4 acres near the southwest intersection of Slaughter Lane and Brodie Lane, in Austin, Texas.

This project manifested from the design survey, boundary survey, replatting, and preparation of construction plans for the complex. All underground utilities, buildings, and paving were staked. After construction was complete Building Certification Letters to the City of Austin were completed. A Post-Construction ALTA survey of the site was also competed. The Post-Construction ALTA included Table A Item Nos. 1-4, 7a, 8, 9, 11a, and 14.
